Returns & Refunds

At Whistle and Hops, we work very hard to bring the very best products for you. Shopping with us is quick and hassle free. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

In case you have second thoughts & wish to return any order then follow the simple steps below:

  • Ensure the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Talk to us!!! Email us the product details and order ID for returning any product you had purchased from us for a hassle-free process.
  • The item(s) you wish to return should be returned within 15 days from the date of the delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate processing your refund.
  • Your funds can be refunded to source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Whistle and Hops. Refund will reflect in the "source account" between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request. We would very much prefer it if you chose your refund in the form of store credits.
  • For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. You may choose to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.

Exchange:

In case of any sizing issues, we encourage you to place a new order for the required size and return the original product for a refund.
